Liz Hooker from  DRAFT. "I just wanted to say what a wonderful job Shirez is doing for us here at Draftfcb. He has completely transformed our café and we cannot imagine being without him now. Staff frequently comment on how wonderful everywhere looks now. (Whereas before Shirez came to work with us, we only ever had complaints!) He is an enormous help and tackles everything we ask with a lovely smile and thoroughness, he is very helpful.  Everyone likes him a lot." Chrissa and Ruaridh. New World Victoria Park wanted to hire Chrissa after she had completed a period of work experience organised through her course at Unitec. Her role is Checkout Assistant, her main responsibilities being organising the magazine credits, ensuring the Impulse stands are kept full and tidy assisting Checkouts with packing when required. “Chrissa always has a bright smile on her face, and never fails to say good morning to her colleagues. She is a very reliable, happy member of staff and a valuable member of our team.” Ruaridh was keen to work in a supermarket and when we approached Anita with the suggestion she keenly accepted the opportunity as Chrissa was proving to be such a valuable worker. "Ruaridh has been working in our store since August 2012. His role is Trolley Assistant. Due to his reliable nature, he is now working in a full-time role. He is always willing to help out when we are busy, even doing many extra hours over the Christmas period. He has made many new friends in his time here and is a well-liked and respected member of staff.” Prior to Christmas 2013 Anita then asked us if we could suggest someone for the role of Ticketing assistant. We introduced them to Lucy who has been working in the store since September 2013. She is responsible for emptying the ticket pouches, and placing the new printed tickets in them. “She is always willing to help out when needed, even picking up extra hours over the Christmas period. Although she is shy by nature, she has developed a close working relationship with the Price Integrity Manager, and is always ready to join in the laughter!” Anita, HR Manager at New World in Victoria Park, Auckland.
